PROBLEM AT WASHINGTON PLANS TO EVICT THEM WASHINGTON, July 29. Seriously concerned over the rem nant of the “bonus army” encamped on Government property here, the Federal authorities to-day considered their course of procedure to evict them, embracing the possibility of martial law as a last resort.
