THEFTS BY CHINAMAN. [ Per Pres- Association.] AUCKLAND, Juno 29. “It is not very often we have Chinese up for stealing,” said Air. Hunt, S.M., when Fong Hung Sang, aged 21. a laundryman, tippearod on charges of theft of goods from a countryman. The police said accused had a bad reputation among his own people. He was sentenced to throe months’ gaol.
