ATTITUDE OVER RULES. TO COMPLY UNDER PROTEST ( Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON. June 38. The Management Committee of the Wellington Rugby Football Union this evening decided to comply, under protest, with the decision of the New Zealand Union in connection with the rules regarding the replacement of injured players and leaving tho field at half-time, and urge the New Zealand Union to call a special meeting of delegates to consider the position at. the earliest possible date.-
