OBITUARY

SIP. JOHN QUICK. Received June 18, 8.30 p.m. MELBOURNE, June 17. The death is announced of Sir John Quick, a former member of the Victorian Parliament and one of the framers of the Federal Constitution. Later ho was Postmaster-General in the Commonwealth Parliament and more recently deputy president of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court. He was 79 years of age.
