THREE NEW JUDGES CABINET APPOINTMENTS SYDNEY, June 17. Three new judges have been appointed by Cabinet. The Industrial Commission vacancies caused by the transfer of Mr. Justice Street to another jurisdiction and the resignation of the chairman (Mr. Justice Piddington), have been filled as follows: Mr J. A. Browne, K.C., M.L.C., to chairman; the industrial registrar, Mr A. M. Webb, to be a member; Mr. Justice Cantor at present a member, to continue; Mr. F. S. Boyce, K.C., M.L.C.. has been appointed a Supreme Court Judge. He will act in Divorce Court jurisdiction, where there is con •dderable congestion at the. present time.
