BONDHOLDERS’ INTEREST. PROTECTION COMMITTEE. LONDON, June 13. The Bank of England has appointed a committee, including Sir Austen Chamberlain, Viscount Goschen, Sir Otto Niemeyer, and Sir Arthur Salter, which will be available iu case of need to protect the interest of bondholders in tho League of Nations loans. The appointment of tho committee is regarded as a recognition of a moral though not legal responsibility.
