OBITUARY

SIR FRANCIS AGLEN ( British Official Wireless. ) RUGBY, May 27. The death occurred in Scotland yesterday of Sir Francis Aglen, late In-spector-General of the China Alaritinie Customs, aged 62. Sir Francis Aglen entered the Customs service in 1888, and was officiating luspector-iicneral 191011 and In-spector-General from 1911 to 1928, when he retired.
