CYCLIST KILLED
HIT BY MOTOR TRUCK [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, May 19. Norman George Shailer, aged 50, married, was killed instantly this morning when he was knocked off his cycle ay a motor truck belonging to a Chinese and driven by Oscar Ernest Fletcher, at the corner of Remuera Road and Dilworth Avenue. The accident occurred about 7.30 a.m. Both Shailer’s legs were broken ami he suffered other injuries. He lived at Dominion Road.
