NEW PLYMOUTH SESSIONS [ Per Press Association. ] NEW PLYMOUTH, Nov. 23. At the Supreme Court this morning ing, Daisy Stubbington, a native, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to theft and forgery, was admitted to probation for two years and was ordered to pay the costs of the prosecution and make restitution of tho total amount, £6 Bs, at the rate of 5s a week. The rule nisi case against William Henry Armstrong, formerly solicitor of Inglewood, calling on him to show cause why he should not bo struck off the roll, was removed to the next sitting of the Appeal Court.
