TELEGRAM TO VICEROY A HEART-TO-HEART TALK FATE OF DELHI AGREEMENT [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright} Received Aug. 23, 11.55 p.m. DELHI, Aug. 23. Mr Gandhi has telegraphed the Viceroy, Viscount Willington, seeking an interview. It is understood that Mr Gandhi has assured the Viceroy of his desire to prevent a breakdown of the Delhi agreement, and he is anxious for a heart-to-heart talk with the Viceroy.
