CUBAN REVOLT
EARLY ENDING LIKELY. WASHINGTON, Aug. 21. The United States Ambassador at Havana advised the State Department to-day that the capture of the rebel stronghold and the gaoling of prominent leaders, and the loyalty of the army and navy, presaged a speedy conclusion of the Cuban insurrection.
