MORE TROUBLE IN CUBA MARTIAL LAW DECLARED [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Aug. 10, 9.10 p.m. HAVANA (Cuba), Aug. 9. A revolutionary plot has been foiled with the arrest of 17 Oppositionist leaders and the confiscation of a rebel arsenal after a gun battle in which three revolutionaries were killed and seven policemen were wounded. President Machado has declared martial law in the capital and neighbouring provinces.
