It is reported from Vihia that an Ogpu detachment (Soviet scored police) raided a Catholic Church in a village near the Russian frontier and shot dead seven worshippers, wounded .14 ami ar rested 145. The leaders of the detachment stated tk.it ho was informed that the meet ing was one of counter revolutionaries, who were gathering in the church. The troops got out of control when refused admission. The shooting has caused a panic among the Catholic population.
