CATALONIA REJOICES VERDICT FOR AUTONOMY BARCELONA, Aug. 4. All Catalonia is rejoicing with flags and parades following the result of the plebiscite giving an overwhelming majority in favour of the draft statute tor autonomy with which President Marcia is going to Madrid to present to the Cortes. An acrid debate on it is inevitable, for the rest of Spain by no means approves of Catalonia’s aspirations.
