With the approach of tho genera l election on Sunday, excitement is grow ing in the provinces. A mob of 200, after disarming the municipal guard in a small town near Seville, deposed the Mayor, seizing the mace and keys. A crowd of villagers in the province of Ciudadrcal smashed the instruments of a band refusing to play revolution ary airs.
