STAFF APPOINTMENTS. [ Per Press Association. ) WELLINGTON, June 25. A Gazette to-night announces the following staff appointments: Colonel F. Symon to be officer commanding Central Command. Ho retains his appointment of Director of Artillery. Lieutenant-Colonel (now Colonel) J. E. Duigan to bo officer commanding Northern Command, and LieutenantColonel S. C. P. Nicholls, to bo officer commanding Southern Command.
