ARRIVAL OF 20 DOMESTICS (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 25. With the arrival to-day by the Mataroa from England of tho final party of 20 domestics, the immigration scheme, which has been operating foi some years, was brought to an end. The immigrants have been brought out on the understanding that they comply with certain requirements made by the Department. From the matron in charge of them, Mrs E. Phillips, ot Auckland, it was gathered that practically all tho girls had situations waiting for them, although there were a few for whom the Government would find jobs.
