JUNIOR FOOTBALL Hunterville 8, Athletic 0. lluntcrvillo met Athletic on Huntervillo Domain on Wednesday, the game being played iu a light shjwer of rain. The ball was greasy and passing was difficult. It was mainly a forward game. Tries were scored for liunterville by Clarke and Follas, the latter being converted by Baker. Air G. F. Shanley was an efficient referee. Ohingaiti 3, Halcombe 3. A closely contested game resulted between Ohingaiti and Halcombe juniors, played at Ohingaiti, the scores being three all. Owing to the wet ground the game was mainly forward, and no tries were scored, the points comprising a penalty goal for each team. Mr R. D. Powell was referee. SCOTS SOCIETY DANCE A special reminder is given of the grand dance to be held to-night in the Town Hall.
