DUNEDIN RECOMMENDATION. COMMITTEE’S” DECISION. (?«r Press Association.) DUNDDIN, May 23. The finance committee recommends that the city rates bo reduced by 2]d, but a special surcharge on gas,and electricity of 10 per cent, is to be made towards unemployment costs. It is estimated to produce £25,000.
