BANDITS RAID POST OFFICE POLICEMEN KILLED IN BURMA [By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright] Received Alay 17, 5.5 p.m. CALCUTTA, Alay 16. Armed bandits, believed to bo associated with terrorists, daringly raided the post office at Dacca, East Bengal, snatched £6O from a messenger, and decamped, firing wildly at their pur suers. This is the third similar outrage in Dacca thiy year. Burma rebels yesterday overwhelmed the police post at Letu, in the Henzada district, killed the sub-inspector and constable, and looted arms and ammunition. Gandhi Meets Viceroy Gandhi had an hour’s conversation with the Viceroy at Simla yesterday Ho said to an interviewer, “Healthy and good.” There will be no further meetings at Simla. Gandhi is meeting Air Emerson, Home Secretary, to-day.
