Ltd. £3 Is 8d forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment; James Kemp was ordered to pay the Rai ana Trading Co. £4 9s forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended as long as debtor pays 5s a week; Chas. Heta was ordered to pay the Ratana Trading Co. £3 4s 3d. in default three days’ imprisonment, war rant, to be suspended as long as debtor pays 10s per week.
