Under a judgment, summons E. A. Guilford was ordered to pay R. Davis £l2 3s 6d and solicitor’s fee, £1 Is, in default 12 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended as long as debtor pays £2 per month; Johin Hokopaura was ordered to pay J. P. Reynolds £l7 4s, in default 17 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended as long as debtor pays £l per month; John Aloru was ordered to pay the Ratana Trading Company. Ltd. £l2 4s ahnd solicitor s fee, £1 Is, in default 13 days’ imprisonment; Papa Wiremu was ordered to pay the Ratana Trading Company. Ltd. £3 Is 8d forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment; James Kemp was ordered to pay the Rai ana Trading Co. £4 9s forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended as long as debtor pays 5s a week; Chas. Heta was ordered to pay the Ratana Trading Co. £3 4s 3d. in default three days’ imprisonment, war rant, to be suspended as long as debtor pays 10s per week.
