CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES. PARIS, Nov. 14. The Chamber of Deputies passed a resolution of confidence in the Government by 323 votes to 270 on M. Briand’s policy of “perseverance in the organisation of peace conservation and national security with respect for the Peace Treaty.”
