CONTROL OF MANUFACTURE TURKISH CO OPERATION [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Oct. 30. At to-day’s session of the meeting of manufacturing countries preliminary to a conference on the limitation of the manufacture of dangerous drugs, a delegation representing the Turkish Re public, made their first appearance. Responding to a speech of welcome, Mazhar Bey, the principal Turkish delegate, said the Turkish delegation would lend its loyal eo-operation and would make every possible effort toward ensuring the complete success of the conference.

The chairman expressed the satisfaction of the conference at hearing the statement.

The conference then considered de tails of a plan for setting up an international office for effecting the limitation of manufacture in each manufacturing country and the distribution of the drugs manufactured to all countries according to their medical requirements.
