SWEET TURNOVERS
Make a paste with Jib. wheatmeal flour, loz. nut butter, and a pinch of baking powder. Roll out the size and shape desired, and cover with raisins, figs, dates, as in the manner for ordinary turnovers. Sprinkle with sugar, wet the edges, and fold pastry over. Bake in a moderate oven.
