SARDINES IN BACON Take eight sardines, wrap each one in a rasher of thin bacon, put a skewer through to hold them together, bake for a few minutes in a hot oven, remove the skewers, serve on toast, pour any juice that has formed on to the toast, and garnish with chopped parsley.
