ARMAMENT PROBLEM
COMMISSION’S NEXT MEETING MK HENDERSON’S STATEMENT [British Official Wireless], RUGBY, July 9. The Hon. A. Henderson (Foreign Secretary), replying to a question in the House of Commons., said that it was hoped that the meeting of the Preparatory Disarmament Commission, fixed for November 3, would prove its final meeting and that the League Council w r ould thereafter be able to suggest a date for the General Disarmament Conference.
