BIOT RESULTS IN DEATHS SHANGHAI, April 23. Resulting from a dispute concerning the distribution of prizes at a grand rally of Scouts of all provinces, lads from Tsinan and Hupen, numbering 300 rioted in Nanking. The riot was not quelled until the police got between the contending parties. Thirty were injured and three died in hospital. Communist influence is believed to be responsible for the outbreak.
