ELSIE WALKER CASE
PARLIAMENT PETITIONED (Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Oct. 31. The Hon. A. J. Stallworthy presented to Parliament to-day a petition containing over 15.000 signatures praying that legislation be introduced to enable a re-opening of inquest proceedings and that the inquiry into the death of Elsie Walker be re-opened.
