After yesterday’s ceremonies, wherein the precedents of 1906 and 1913 were closely followed, the Duke of Gloucester spent to-day in a round of sightseeing. His most notable meeting was with Admiral Togo. The Prince also reviewed 2000 scouts. The Japanese press is most polite, ektolling the ancient friendship, and the alliance which still exists spiritually.
