OFFER BY AMANULLAH [ Australian Press Assn. 1 DELHI, April 17. | A report from Peshawar says that I ’Amanullah has promised a general | amnesty to all rebels who promise loyal i support in the future. He also suggested to Bacca-i-Sakoa, the rebel king, that he surrender and avoid unnecessary bloodshed. He emphasises that there is no personal enmity. It is unlikely that Bacca-i Sakoa will entertain the offer.
