LIBEL ACTION SUCCEEDS [ United Service. ] LONDON, April 16. In the action for libel brought by ex-Police Commissioner Horwood and Assistant Commissioner Childs against the Statesman in connection with the Hvdo Park scandals, the jury awarded Horwood and Childs each £lOO damages with costs.
