General Hadjitch, who was Minister for War in the previous Cabinet of M. Ouzounovitch. formed a non-party Government in July. There were to be in the Cabinet seven herbs. three Croats, one Bosnian, one Montenegrin, one Slovene and one Voyvodinian. The leaders of thc four Coalition parties agreed to the formation of this neutral Cabinet, and an election wa s proposed to be held next s.iring. Thc PeasantDemocrat group agreed only on the condition that if the new Government did not work Parliament should carry on until autumn, snd then an election should be held.
