HEADS BATTERED
A SHOCKING MURDER CHINESE AND HIS SON DONE TO DEATH. [ Australian Press Assn. ] Received May 20, 5.5 p.m. BRISBANE, May 20. A man passing Young Kee’s Chinese stare at bilkwood, near Innisfail, noticed one of the rooms in disorder. He investigated and found the mutilated bodies of Young Kee and his sou. Willie Cheong, aged 13, with thjir heads battered * j pulp, lying in a litter of wrecked furniture, giving evidence that a violent struggle had been made for their lives. The police will have a difficult task in tracing the : orderer, as heavy ram has obliterated all tracks in the vicinity of the store.
