LONDON, April 18Sir Samuel Hoare, in answer to a question in the House of Commons, said that he had no knowledge of specific proposals for the projected air mail route between Amsterdam and the Dutch East Indies via India. He had not heard that Australia was proposing to link up with it in order to obtain a service from Europe. Commander Kenworthy (Labour) asked: “Are you aware that this project is being prepared and unless you hurry, th e Dutch will be flying to the East Indies before we arc flying to India?” Sir Samuel Hoare: “We are trying to get the British line to India operating as early as possible.’’
