A BUSY DAY
AFGHAN ROYALTIES ' VISIT TO MANCHESTER AND LIVERPOOL. (By Radio) RUGBY, Alarch 29. The King and Queen of Afghanistan left Alanchcster this morning by motor car and visited Port Sunlight, t'. e great soap-making town established by the late Lord Lcverhulinc. Their Alajesties inspected with great interest the model village where the workers live. This afternoon they proceeded to Birkenhead, where .hey were welcomed by the Afayor and corporation anil then crossed the River Mersey to Liverpool. There, after the civil welcome they went over the docks and visited the Cotton Exchange.
