NO MOVIES FOR CHILDREN QUEBEC LEGISLATURE’S DECISION. (A. & N.Z.) OTTAWA, March 23. United States films were condemned in the Quebec Legislature when a Bill, introduced by the Premier (Mr Tascherau) providing that children under 16 be prohibited from attending movies, was adopted by 57 votes to 5. An amendment was inserted permitting the school authorities to furnish pictures for pupils.
