FRACAS ON BOARD BOAT FIREMAN’S THROAT CUT. [ Per Press As.-orlation. f WELLINGTON, March 2.1 Following a fracas on the s.s. Port Hunter on Saturday night, John Connor, a fireman, ; god 39, was admitted to the hospital with his throat cut.

It is understood that Connor tried to separate some men who were fighting and that in doing so he received a gash on the throat from a razor blade. His condition is not serious.
