In all four games played the longest handicap side won, the results being: Banks Peninsula (20) beat Hawke's Bay (2) by 20 goals to 18. Amuri (16) beat Christchurch B (11) Ly 21 goals to 20. Wairarapa (13) beat Christchurch A /scr.) by 18 gfoals to 9. Feilding (17) beat Pareora (2) by JS goals to 14.
