TO-DAY AND TO-MORROW Italian Seismologist Predicts Disturbances APRIL AN UNEASY MONTH. (By Telegraph—Per Press Assn.—Copyright.) Received March 22, 11 p.m. (A. & N.Z.) ROME, March 22. Signor Bcndandi, the seismologist, all of whose prophecies last year have been fulfilled, says new and powerful earthquakes are imminent. Big telluric movements will occur simultaneously in southern Europe and in some submarine zones of the South Pacific. The most critical days will be March 23 and 24, while April will be the uneasiest month in many zones of the globe.
A VIOLENT SHAKE MEXICO CITY ALARMED. MINOR DAMAGE REPORTED. Received March 22, 11.30 p.m. (A. & N.Z.)) MEXICO CITY, March 21. A violent earthquake shook the city on Wednesday night, the disturbance lasting nearly two minutes. It caused great alarm, but only fliinor damage is reported.
