BIRTH OF ELEMENTS ’ Process of Creation Proceeds in The Heavens SCIENTIST'S DISCOVERIES. (By Telegraph—Per Press Assn.—Copyright.) (A. & N.Z.) NEW YORK, March 18. A message from Pasadena states that Dr. Robert Millikan, of the California Institute of Technology, has published a paper declaring that he has conducted experiments tending to show that the process of creation is now going in the heavens, and that tho earth, instead of being a disintegrating world as has long been believed, is a continually changing and evolving one. Dr. Millikan, at the same time, has issued a warning against accepting his announcement as a fact until proved by further test. His tests consisted of measurements of cosmic rays which disclosed a “birth of elements/’ and, incidentally confirmed certain of the Einstein equations and upheld tho latter’s theory.
