A RUSSIAN BROADCAST COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA. | Per Press Association. ] PALMERSTON N., Nov. 30. Last night W. A. Waters, with the aid of D. M. Zotoff, of Bunnythorpe, obtained a translation of items broadcasted by the Soviet station, located at Khabarovsk, 485 nailcs north of Vladivostok. Many items were Communist propaganda, while others stated that a railway line was to be built from, the Caspian Sea to a place unnamed. It was also alleged that England was preparing her workers to sweep out the Soviet republics by May, 1928. A long talk was given on the use of homing pigeons for war purposes. A big station has been opened in Moscow for breeding birds.
