COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA SIXTY-FOUR ARRESTS MADE (The Times) LONDON, Nov. 21. The Constantinople correspondent of tlie Times states that the police have discovered a widespread Communist movement engineered by Chefik Husni Bey, who was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment in 1926 for Communist activities, but escaped to Russia. He returned disguised, using a French passport, and began meetings and distributing Communist propaganda. There have already been 64 arrests, including two officials of the local branch of Arcos, an employee of the Russian Bank, and the secretary of the Turkish Communists.
