TROUBLE AT CANTON
ANTI-BRITISH BOYCOTT LAWLESS ELEMENTS AT WORK. (By Radio). RUGBY, Nov. 6. Official advices from China state that an anti-British boycott has broken out in Canton. The movement synchronises with the return of Wong Tseng Wai, former chairman of the Canton Administration, under whose auspices the last boycott of the British took place. Press messages add that the unemployed and professional strike elements are making an opportunity to terrorise the mercantile community and seize their property.
