WORLD CYCLISTS
REMARKABLE PROGRESS TRAVELS OF MESSRS CATHRICK AND CASTLEY It is comparatively only a short while since the world motor-cycle tourists, Messrs J. Cathrick and J. P. Castley, were welcomed by Wanganui motoring folk while travelling the New Zealand section of their journey. Since leaving this city, the tourists have made remarkable progress and arc now in South America. A cablegram dated November 3, from Valparaiso, Chili, from them has been received by Messrs Adams, Ltd., of Christchurch stating:— ” Leaving to-morrow on Andes Crossing— happy —well —confident of success. ’ ’
The stage of their journey mentioned will prove the most difficult portion of their tour, and advice as to their success will come to hand within the next few days.
