LONDON TRAFFIC CONGESTION

SOLVING THE PROBLEM AN AERIAL SURVEY. LONDON, April 20. With a view to easing the traffic congestion in the streets in the heart of the City of London, the authorities have decided to call to their aid in the near future the combined resources of aeroplane and camera. Aeroplanes carrying photographers equipped with special cameras have been engaged to fly over the city, and to obtain pictorial maps of the flow of traffic through the main thoroughfares and the network of narrow side streets, which have become insufficient to carry the traffic they are called upon to bear.
