A DOUBLE TRAGEDY

MURDER AND SUICIDE SEQUEL TO DOMESTIC QUARREL (A. and N.Z.) BRISBANE, April 30. As the result of an alleged domestic (altercation Mrs. Mary Alward was shot twice in the head and died shortly after being found. Her husband, James Alward, was taken to hospital with a gunshot woiind in the head and later succumbed. He had been unemployed since the recent building strike.
