RETURNED MEN COMPLAIN INVESTIGATION REQUESTED. [Per Prr/s.* Association.] AUCKLAND. April 28. At the annual meeting of the Auckland Returned Soldiers’ Association it was resolved to urge the Minister in charge of pensions to commission the War Pensions Appeal Board to inquire into the whole question of artificial limbs for ex-service, amputees, before any contracts are signed for further supplies. It was further resolved strongly to protest, against the attempt by the j’ensions Department to secure artificial limbs for issue to ex-service amputees under the system of standardisation and mass production
