OFF TO CANBERRA FEDERAL PARLIAMENT LEAVES MELBOURNE. (A. and N.Z.) MELBOURNE, April 28. The Parliamentary Buildings at Melbourne which, for the paGt quarter of a century have housed the Federal Parliament have been handed back to the State. All records and books from the library, and most of the historic portraits, have been sent to Canberra, where they will be placed in the new Parliament Buildings, in readiness for the official opening by the Duke of York on May 9.
