CHRYSANTHEMUM SHOW TO-DAY. The Wanganui Horticultural Show to be held in the Drill Hall to-day is attracting the attention of growers of this popular flower from far and near land large entries have been recorded. Mr. J. T. W. Mandeno, the holder of the Wellington 50-guinea trophy, will again be exhibiting. Mr. F. Mason, a prominent grower, is to judge the amateur and open sections among the chrysanthemums. Dahlias and other seasonable flower will also be shown in variety. /afternoon tea will be supplied by a committee of ladies.
