BRITISH EXPERIMENTS SEVERAL LICENSES ISSUED Received March 9, 8.20 p.m. LONDON, March 9. Sir William Mitchell Thomson (Pos/ master-Ceneral) replying to a questron in the House of Commons to-day sard the London Post Office had issued a number of licenses to enable experimenters to test the possibility of broadcasting still and motion pictures.
